GOOD TO KNOW

All services must be paid in full on the same day the service is completed.
Payment for completed services means you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the results.
All services are final. No refunds will be issued.
Service warranty policies may vary depending on the type of service.
Appointment times and service durations are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards; gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash.
Health issues must be communicated prior to service.
We accept card with a $20 minimum.

All clients with scheduled appointments will receive a reminder one day before the appointment. Please confirm, cancel, or reschedule when you receive the reminder.
If we do not receive a response, we will make one final attempt to contact you to confirm your appointment.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged for no-shows.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will call/text you and allow an additional 5-minute grace period.
After the grace period, if we are unable to contact you, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
